Terms of service

Seller and acceptance

FouniStream is operated by founilh production (the “Seller”). By creating an account or using the service, you contract directly with founilh production and accept these terms. You represent that you have authority to bind your organization or, if acting as an individual, that you are of legal age in your country of residence.

Service description

FouniStream is an online AI-assisted analysis and editing service for livestream replays, including video import, transcription, vertical clip generation, captions, scheduling and publication tracking.

License to use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service or bypass its technical limits. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Prohibited uses

In particular, you must not:

  • use the service for illegal, fraudulent or spam-related purposes;
  • upload or generate content that infringes third-party rights, including intellectual property or image rights;
  • generate hateful content, deceptive deepfakes or illegal content;
  • attempt to bypass, probe or disrupt the service’s security, including malware, mass scraping or intrusion attempts;
  • use AI outputs to provide regulated medical, legal or financial advice without human review.

Content and artificial intelligence

You retain ownership of your videos and warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload. You grant us only the technical rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service. You are responsible for source content, your use of generated clips and checking their accuracy. Transcriptions, clip-potential estimates and AI recommendations may contain errors and do not guarantee performance. We may moderate, restrict or remove content that breaches these terms and process reports from rights holders. Repeated infringement of third-party rights may result in suspension.

Intellectual property

The service, software, documentation, brand and distinctive elements remain the exclusive property of founilh production. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual-property rights in the service to you.

Subscriptions, credits and payment

Subscriptions have no minimum commitment, renew automatically each billing period and may be cancelled at any time; access remains active until the end of the already-paid period. Monthly AI credits are granted each billing period, and separately purchased credit packs remain available while the account is active. Credits already consumed by completed analyses are not refundable as credits. The free discovery experience lets users try FouniStream on one VOD without automatically starting a paid subscription or an Ultimate trial. Any future paid-plan trial applies only if it is explicitly offered with its conditions at activation.

Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. For eligible transactions, Stripe acts as Merchant of Record and handles tax calculation and collection, fraud protection, disputes, refunds and payment-related support. For those transactions, the customer’s bank statement shows “LINK.COM*” followed by our descriptor. Payment and billing are also subject to Stripe’s applicable terms. Stripe terms.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious violations of our usage rules. Upon termination, you may export data from account settings before deleting your account; content is then removed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid during the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, data or customers. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional wrongdoing or where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
