30-day guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date (subscription or credit pack).

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To submit a request, contact support from the email address linked to your account or reply to the payment receipt you received by email. The request is reviewed and the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Special cases

AI credits already consumed by completed analyses cannot be restored because the corresponding service (analysis hours) has already been provided. This does not remove the 30-day guarantee described above.
